  • I carry out comprehensive processes of company transformation, i.e. merger, demerger or transformation, including cross-border processes.
  • I prepare companies for planned sales or reorganization of their operations.
  • I conduct complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, through due diligence, preparation of the legal structure of the transaction, preparation of transaction documentation and participation in negotiations.
  • I prepare the necessary documentation, including transaction plans, sale agreements, contribution in kind.
  • I provide support in the smooth execution of reorganization projects and their implementation in accordance with schedules and coordination of other advisors (project management).
I have extensive experience in dozens of complex reorganization processes - mergers, divisions and transformations of commercial law companies.
